Poster Sites Uk

1)Media Owner -Poster sites Uk. 48 Charlotte Street. London.W1 T2NS
2) The site address - as per the invoice.
3) Measurements of poster panel must be confirmed by the advertiser.
4) The poster or sign is displayed for the minimum period stated in the invoice.
5) The advertiser is responsible for making sure the advert is Legal, Factual, and not misleading.
6) The term commences either 14 days from booking confirmation (payment) or the day the poster is erected whichever is the sooner. If a specific date is agreed then written confirmation would be required and acknowledged.
7) All payments are to be made in advance as per the term. We do not accept staggered or part payments. Payment by Bank transfer -credit card - cash to account. We do not accept cheques.
8) Only when the full payment is received as cleared funds can the panel be confirmed.
9) In the event that the Advertiser does not wish to go ahead monies are not refundable.
10) If the advertiser wishes the Media owner to arrange printing or manufacturing of the Poster or Display the costs of this are to be paid in advance of such work being carried out.
11) Artwork for the poster or display is the responsibility of the Advertiser. If the Media owner has arranged printing of the poster we will advise and secure confirmation re artwork prior to production of poster or display. We recommend that two posters are produced per site.
12) The media owner will erect the poster or display .We may charge for erection of certain non standard paper posters.
13) The erection of the poster is not date specific and we cannot be responsible for climate conditions. The term commences once the poster is erected. In the event that the poster is damaged during dispaly we will use the spare as provided by the client and erect within 10 days of being notified of any damage . If the client has not provided a spare then we will have to arrange a replacement at the clients exspence.
14) If the display continues after the fixed term we will invoice and charge for the appropriate period until written cancellation from the advertiser is received and confirmed.
15) Upon booking confirmation this is a binding agreement by both parties and no cancelation or alteration shall apply.
16) Min booking period 3 months, price quoted is quarterly.
17) These terms are the only basis in which we operate ,all emails sent refer to these terms and can only be altered by us in writiing.
